As parents, we are pleased to be involved with the Southern Alberta Child & Youth Health Network (SACYHN) and welcome you. We care deeply about the health and well being of our children and youth. We also know first hand the importance of cooperation and communication when coordinating the health, education and social services that assist us in raising our children.
SACYHN looks at ways to improve health and related services for children and youth throughout Alberta and also to provide services closer to home. As parents we are involved because we want to ensure that families are represented in decisions about policy, program development and service delivery.
Raising all children with the kind of support that optimizes every child's potential is the common goal of all partners in SACYHN. By working with a variety of partners, we are able to strengthen the relationship between families and service providers and improve care for our children.
